This deliverable is part of WP8 – Ethics requirements and aims to comply with the obligation contained therein. It addresses Requirement No. 4 – POPD by providing a description of the potential further processing of previously collected personal data within the project research activities (i.e. the pilots).
Additionally, in order to safeguard the data subject/research participant rights, a description is provided of applicable technical and organizational measures. This is followed by a description of the selected security measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal data or the equipment used for processing.
It must be noted that the pilots may undergo changes based on future decisions made with regard to the KRAKEN design and development. Since the pilots are planned for late 2021 (around September/October 2021) and not all decisions are final, the information contained in this deliverable is merely provisional and must be updated accordingly.
